Cancellation Policy
Look. Shit happens, and we get it. BUT, because we have a mile-long wait list, we are super strict about our cancellation policy. Unless you are actively bleeding, dying, or on fire, you need to communicate with us. You will be charged 100% of the service cost if you cancel** within 24 hours of your appointment OR are more than 15 minutes late.
**this includes same-day changes (ex: you’re scheduled for a mani/pedi but show up and only want the mani).
